First lead yourself, then you can skilfully lead others.

Leadium partners with professionals to build their self-leadership. As a Self-leader you have a clear sense of who you are, what you can do and where you are going (Bryant, Kazan 2012).

Enabling high performance through self-leadership

Gaining this level of clarity and self-assurance comes from understanding and refining the mind. This empowers leaders to direct their thoughts, feelings and actions (Drucker, 2010). They align their behaviours with their goals and develop superior communication skills. These astute leaders mobilise the people around them and create positive, high-performance teams.

Drawing on ancient wisdom and the latest science, the Leadium team takes a holistic approach to strengthen self-leadership. We create dynamic learning experiences that enable leaders and their teams to:

  • Lead mindfully - back themselves and stay clear, calm and focused
  • Harness storytelling - communicate with impact spanning feedback to keynotes
  • Influence others - drive change and negotiate deals that deliver
  • Build high-trust teams - which underpins sustained performance

We have committed to donating 1% of our profits to the global independent development and humanitarian organisation, Plan International. Currently there is nowhere in the world where girls are treated as equals. Plan International works alongside children, young people, supporters and partners to tackle root causes of the injustices facing girls and the most marginalised children. We are honoured to be supporting their life-changing work.
