About Sharon

Sharon Longridge is the founder and Director of Leadium and the driving force behind LeadWell.

For more than eighteen years, she has helped senior executives and their teams strengthen their leadership across private, public and non-profit organisations.

A Program Director of Monash Business School’s flagship Executive Presence program and global faculty member for Asia-based EdTech leader Emeritus, Sharon brings deep expertise in leadership, communication and executive presence.

Sharon has supported more than 12,000 leaders globally and knows that real behavioural shift is hard. That’s why she developed LeadWell: to make positive change real.
