Your Mindful Leader's Toolkit Basecamp
We are delighted to be partnering with Accent Group to elevate the energy and wellness of your team. This is your program basecamp where you will find key dates, details and FAQs.
Let's replenish your energy
It's been a tough season. Many people are more stressed and depleted than usual. When we are stressed we can revert to unhelpful ways of thinking and acting. The Mindful Leader's Toolkit will better equip you to stay on top of life's demands.
Small breaks = big wins
Taking mindful micro-breaks after focused work is a proven energy management strategy. These small breaks boost vitality, improve concentration and reduce stress. The Mindful Leader's Toolkit makes this positive habit easy.

Program rollout
1. The Recharge kick-off
We launched your program with the Recharge Kick-off keynote. Held over Zoom, this dynamic 90-minute session was facilitated by leadership specialist and Leadium Director Sharon Longridge. The evidence of energy management was explored. The Mindful Leader's Toolkit will support you to put this science into action to boost your wellness.
2. Access the Toolkit
Your team has access to the Mindful Leader's Toolkit for 12 months. These tools have supported thousands of leaders to boost their composure, focus and self-confidence.
When you're working hard, it can be tricky to down tools and steady your racing mind. That is why we will be 'nudging' you busy folk via email and SMS to pause and recharge. When you get a message from us, let it be a cue to take a mindful micro-break. See us as your wellness cheer squad, encouraging you to embed new healthy habits.
We encourage you to opt-in to this wellness program now.
We will kick off on Tuesday 28 September 2021.
3. Monthly Recharge sessions
To boost your motivation, your team will access six x monthly live learning sessions (via Zoom) with the MLT community. Each replenishing 30-minute session will explore an intriguing aspect of the mind at work.
Lock in these monthly Recharge sessions. If you have a diary clash, catch-up recordings will be available.
