Program Format

Designed for remote learning, this one month program features:

  • 2 x 90 minute virtual masterclasses with leadership expert Sharon Longridge & Prof Anne Lytle
  • Daily guided mindfulness practice (less than 10 minutes a day) to embed replenishing micro-breaks.
  • 2 x 40 minute implementation coaching sessions with respected executive coach, Kristina Revenda.
  • 30 minute wrap up webinar to consolidate benefits and key learnings.

The program will utilise Zoom and also a user-friendly online Learning Management System through Leadium.com.au.

The key themes explored in this program

Strengthening Resilience & Optimising Productivity

Masterclass One will explore our recalibrated work-life and how to optimise productivity when working remotely. Psychological Immunity, which underpins resilience, will be decoded. We will focus on building participant's inner resources. We do this through the application of various mindfulness techniques and other energy management strategies. 

Boosting Your Brain & Wellness through daily micro-breaks

Throughout the month-long program, participants will be encouraged to take a micro-break each day. During this time they will do a guided mindfulness practice. These 5 minute brain-training practices are designed to improve stress tolerance, strengthen focus and also rebalance the brain's negativity bias.

Masterclass Two will hone in on practical strategies to build virtual teams that are collaborative, focused and get the job done right. We will explore the challenges of communicating digitally and equip participants with the skills and techniques critical to getting a clear message across when working remotely.
