Sharon has coached thousands of leaders and their teams to communicate powerfully, elevate their impact and embed positive behaviours.
Sharon designs and delivers dynamic blended programs and integrates techniques from neuroscience and mindfulness in her face-to-face and digital programs.
Sharon is also a captivating MC, facilitator and keynote speaker who knows how to energise an audience.
Formerly an award-winning broadcaster with the ABC, Sharon is an affiliate at the Monash Business School at Monash University. She co-directs (with Dr Anne Lytle) their flagship program, Your Leadership Voice: Women in Focus, and also directs the sought-after program, Executive Presence for Senior Leaders.
In addition to a BA Communications degree and studies in Business Strategy and Corporate Wellness, Sharon holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, and is also a comprehensively trained yoga teacher.
Over the last 18 years she has worked with diverse private, public and non-profit organisations including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Pfizer, Qantas, Ebay, American Express, Royal Flying Doctors Service and Salesforce.
From harnessing the power of storytelling to designing comprehensive health and productivity programs, Sharon's unique approach integrates ancient wisdom with modern science to deliver lasting change for individuals and organisations.

Sharon Longridge and Sharyn Coughlan conducted joint research on the application of mindfulness in workplace wellness interventions in partnership with the Notre Dame University and University of Technology (Levett, Coughlan, Longridge, et al 2017).
The paper was published in the Journal of Management and Organisation, Cambridge Press.

Dr Anne Lytle

Dr Anne Lytle served as Director of Leadership at Monash Business School and has been the Director of Lytle and Associates for over 20 years.
Anne provides consulting to public, private and non-profit organisations across negotiation, conflict management, emotional intelligence, leadership and managing people for high performance.
Dr Lytle holds a BSc from Cornell University in Neuroscience and her MS and PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

An accomplished executive manager and coaching professional, Sharyn has more than 30 years’ experience driving strategy, managing change and delivering results.
Sharyn has a strong reputation for innovation and performance, particularly in the field of structural reform.
Sharyn has managed significant program reforms across the human services sector for commonwealth, state and local governments and not-for-profit organisations.
In her consulting practice, Sharyn designs and evaluates programs, facilitates planning for operational change and workforce development, and builds team and management capacity through coaching, training, and facilitated decision making.
She is Chair of Cicada International Ltd, producer of The Australian Women in Music Awards, and a board member of Family Planning NSW.
Sharyn’s qualifications, Grad. Dip. Social Ecology (WSU) and M. Public Policy (Sydney), are complemented by studies in Corporate Wellness and Consulting & Coaching Psychology. She holds nationally recognised qualifications in Training & Assessment and Corporate & Workplace Coaching, and is accredited with the International Coach Federation.

Jennifer Lalor

Working at the intersection of executive leadership development, organisational culture, and mental health, Jennifer champions being human at work as a means to cultivating psychological safety.
Jennifer has facilitated, coached, counselled, trained and supported clients around the globe for the past 25 years.
She understands that balancing the doing and being of leadership is critical in today’s organisational environment, especially in the escalating context of occupational burnout.
In addition to her organisational work Jennifer has a private psychotherapy practice in northern NSW and is a Senior Therapist at The Bay, a personalised, private rehab and mental health treatment centre in Byron Bay.
Whether working with her clients on developing leadership capacities or providing evidence-based counselling for work related stress, anxiety and burnout, Jennifer’s clients benefit from her dual skill sets in executive leadership development and psychotherapy.
Jennifer holds an MA in Mental Health/Psychotherapy through the University of Queensland’s Faculty of Medicine and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Leadership through Curtin University’s Graduate School of Business. She’s been a guest presenter on Somatic therapies at The University of California, Berkeley and San Francisco.
