What is LeadWell?
LeadWell is our flagship executive presence program for busy leaders. Over nine months, you work through nine practical experiments that build real, visible change in how you lead. We support you every step of the way with monthly masterclasses, small-group Peer Pod coaching, and a digital toolkit you keep for two years.
Does the training happen in-house or offsite?
The masterclasses run online, so your leaders can join from anywhere. The Peer Pod coaching is customised to each cohort: depending on group size and location, it runs either over video conferencing or on site. We shape the mix to suit your people and your setting.
What is the ideal seniority for a LeadWell candidate?
LeadWell suits mid-career through to senior leaders who want to strengthen their executive presence and influence. It works best for people ready to put new behaviours into practice, not just learn about them. If you are unsure whether it is the right fit, get in touch, and we will help you decide.
What is the course duration?
LeadWell runs over nine months from February to November. The length is deliberate: lasting change in executive presence comes from steady practice over time, not a single workshop. You move through nine monthly experiments, one at a time, with support at every step.
Who is Sharon Longridge?
Sharon Longridge is the founder and Director of Leadium. For over eighteen years, she has helped senior leaders and their teams strengthen their executive presence, communication, and influence across private, public, and non-profit organisations worldwide. You can read her full bio here.
When are the course intakes?
LeadWell commences each February. Cohort sizes are deliberately small, to keep the learning experience sharp and personal. Applications to enrol close on 15 December. If the cohort for the year is already full, we add you to the waitlist for the next intake.
