Your learning experience includes three personalised coaching sessions. These personalised one-on-one sessions will support you to set relevant goals and integrate relevant concepts from the program into your professional and personal life. Sessions provide you with the space to slow down, reflect and focus on your development areas to support your professional advancement and wellbeing.
What is the session format?
Each of your three coaching sessions will be 45 minutes and held over the phone. We have made a conscious choice to opt for an audio-only call. By removing the visual distractions you can more readily focus, reflect and gain clarity. Sessions will be scheduled to give you ample time to undertake your actions and maintain positive momentum.
How can I prepare for my sessions?
Step 1: Complete your Commitment Plan
Before your first coaching session you will need to reflect more deeply on your three development goals as specified in your Commitment Plan Template.

Handy Tip: Set SMART Goals
When formulating your self development goal #1, please ensure your chosen goal is meaningful to you, aligned with the feedback you received in your report. We encourage you to follow the ‘SMART’ principle:
- Specific: Well defined, clear, and unambiguous
- Measurable: With specific criteria that measure your progress toward the achievement of your goals
- Achievable: Attainable and not impossible to achieve
- Realistic: Within reach, realistic, and relevant to your life purpose
- Timely: With a clearly defined timeline, including a starting date and a target date
STEP 2: Share your Commitment Plan
Prior to your first coaching session email a copy of your completed Commitment Plan to Kristina: [email protected].
STEP 3: Call in on time
Dial-in on (02) 4294 8808 for your session. If you are late, your session will be shorter.
How do I get the most out of my coaching sessions?
To ensure you get the most from these sessions, please follow these guidelines:
- Bring a copy of your two DiSC Reports and your completed Commitment Plan to each session
- Call in on time
- Ensure you are in a quiet location where you are can speak freely
- Refrain from driving during your coaching call
- Make time to complete the agreed actions between sessions
- Keep your Commitment Plan visible so your goals and actions are front of mind
- Enjoy the process and this time for you

Rescheduling
