WorkWise program
A fresh approach to deepening workplace health and productivity
WorkWise re-designs how busy teams get the job one. Practical and evidence-based, WorkWise advances the four primary domains of working-life. Specifically, how team's focus, connect, reflect and recharge.
WorkWise recognises that:
- Performance depends on wellness. How we manage our energy matters.
- Engagement is connected to belonging, which depends on psychological safety.
- The highest quality work comes from sustained focus. Yet most teams are easily distracted.
- Self-awareness and team capability grow from skilful reflective practice and effective feedback.
WorkWise draws on a decade of designing and evaluating workplace health and productivity programs. Implemented over six months, WorkWise guides and empowers teams to adopt better ways of working.
In this multi-mode program, we work with teams to make their workdays more satisfying and effective, where they:

Focus
Sustain attention on what matters, manage distractions and get into 'flow.' They think clearly and get important tasks done.

Connect
Connect meaningfully with their colleagues. Motivated, dependable and respectful, they feel seen, heard and valued.

Recharge
Consciously manage their health and energy. With the active support of their leader and team, they build their wellness and stay energised.

Reflect
Use reflective practice techniques to assess the progress of themselves and their team. Decisive action is taken, if required.
We spend approximately one-third of our life at work. The workplace is considered nationally and internationally to be a priority setting to drive health promotion and support positive mental health and illness prevention programs.
Effective workplace health and productivity programs deliver significant benefits to both employees and businesses. They consistently show positive returns on investment. Employees value a commitment to health and wellbeing at work and it impacts their loyalty, engagement and performance.
